      DODGE CHARGER CARBON FIBER SNIPER 3.0 HOOD

      Vents are not included. This hood uses OEM vents. They are dealer parts. Mopar part numbers are below.

      • Right Vents: 68202580AC
      • Left Vents: 68202581AC
      • Center Vent: 68202462AD

      We use a UV Clear gel coat only. This finish is buffed to a shine on all of our carbon fiber parts and accessories. The same gel coat is used on our fiberglass version, except that gel coat is black in color.

       Our carbon fiber will look better the longer you own it and pick up more of a shine every time it is polished because of the UV gel coat we use is extremely hard.

      We do not use an automotive clear coat that yellows, fades or cracks over time. If your carbon fiber gets scratched there is no need to re-clear the whole part. Simply wet sand and re-buff for a completely new look. Digs gouges, scratches from flying debris? These can be filled with a layer of clear gelcoat and wet-sanded smooth and buffed again.

       Gel coat has a tendency of drying out resulting in a white haze we recommend waxing with a Pure Carnauba at lease once a month for best results. Think of it like dry skin you have to keep it coated at all times. Ceramic coatings and PPF wrapping is fine for gel coat and poses no damage from long term use.

      Note: We do not recommend fiberglass to be installed as is It is meant to be painted prior to installation.

      • Full Carbon Fiber hood gloss finish (A Side) Bonded to (B Side) Carbon fiber gloss finish inner skeleton
      • Mounts with OEM hardware, hinge and latch hardware we supply. Reuse the OEM D Ring off your OEM hood only.
      • Most hoods require hood pins for safety reasons we are not be liable for any damages to the product and or the vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins Here or a incorrect install
      • Always close a composite hood slowly with open palms one over each headlight and snap shut. Do Not Slam or drop your hood it may cause it to crack
      • If you do not want to use the oem hood strut an optional hood prop rod can be used instead
      • Shipped via ground Truck Freight LTL only item is too large for UPS or Fed Ex unless it’s freight.
